Client Care Representative – Glen Ellyn, IL
An introductory-level, sales trainee position that involves assisting and shadowing Arborists, surveying commercial and residential properties, handling proposal requests from clients, performing site inspections, and identifying tree and plant health care needs. This is an entry level pathway to becoming an Arborist. This may include some sales goals and working very closely with skilled Arborists in the field. The individual will assist Arborists with client servicing calls, appointments and pricing models. Also includes assisting Arborists with the many marketing techniques and sales promotional materials.
Requirements:
•Must have familiarity and be able to identify indigenous trees and the pests that intrude them
•Advanced knowledge, terms and familiarity of plant health care products and services
•Desire to sell, be motivated and meet sales goals in given time periods
•Must be able to obtain ISA Arborist Certification within one year of obtaining this position
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external clients
•Two or four year degree preferred within Arboriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Landscaping or Environmental Design
