Client Service Representative – Wheeling, IL
The individual in this position wears many hats and requires them to be very flexible with various multi-tasking duties. Must be able to work under pressure and manage many projects at one time. This includes AP/AR, billing, collections, client service, sales report generation, supply inventory and ordering, data entry, some soft selling and various phone work. The individual is also responsible for organizing, updating and maintaining all office files up to The Care of Trees standards. Ability to take care of and resolve escalated client service and employee issues as they arise. Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction from the Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) and other regional counterparts.
Salary based upon experience.
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- Must be flexible in ever changing environments
- Be an innovative proactive problem solver
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize as work warrants
- Must have excellent communication skills to serve both internal and external clients
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel
